TONY LOPEZ | Sales Manager & Office Lead
Antonio Lopez is the Sales Manager and Managing Broker at John L. Scott Real Estate - Kent North, with a mission to help clients build wealth through real estate and empower brokers to reach their next level of success. An entrepreneur at heart, Antonio received his Commercial Real Estate Certificate from Cornell in 2021. He served four years as a Director at the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) before becoming President in 2022. In 2023, Antonio joined John L. Scott, integrating his independent brokerage, Fresh Look Real Estate, into the team. As Sales Manager, Antonio oversees agent goals, recruitment, and training, while specializing in commercial transactions. He’s known for his dedication to education and one-on-one support, mentoring agents and teaching real estate classes. Outside of work, Antonio is actively involved in the community as a coach for Seattle United Youth Soccer and enjoys exploring local restaurants and spending time with his family.
JIM WILLNER | Office Manager & Business Coach
As one of the office leaders at Kent North, I’ve been honored to be in the real estate industry for over 40+ years & have helped hundreds of families and brokers meet their real estate needs. I help mentor and coach brokers at our office in a helpful and challenging way so they can grow and learn in their career. One of my favorite things about real estate are the opportunities in it - there are so many ways to succeed in this industry and I’m all for it. If I’m not at the office, I’m usually somewhere warm by the water, preferably Cabo, enjoying the sun and beach! I love having a good time with close friends, family and my newest grandchildren too!
MAKENNA KIM | Marketing Director
Born and raised in the Auburn area and graduated from the University of Washington Tacoma to pursue the business field. With that, I have been in the real estate world for over 3 years, with a focus on everything marketing. As the Marketing Director at the Kent North branch, I strive to help all 160+ of our agents elevate their marketing with any print, digital, and social media needs. Beyond that, I do one-on-one consultations to ensure everyone is set up for success with their Google Business, website, video prep, and marketing plans. Outside of work, you’ll find me playing sports like ultimate frisbee, soccer, pickleball, making music or doing something artsy! I am proud to be part of the John L. Scott family and am dedicated to supporting our team with innovative marketing strategies and hands-on assistance to ensure each agent can achieve their full potential in the real estate industry.
KAILA NORTON | Broker Services Representative
My name is Kaila Norton and I am the Broker Services Representative at the Kent North office. I was born and raised in Tacoma, Washington and graduated college at Idaho State University in Pocatello, Idaho. When I am not at work, I am at the gym coaching club volleyball at Puyallup Junior Volleyball Club on the weekends. I spent almost two years in Title & Escrow, and I am excited to experience the other side of the business. I am here to help and answer any questions. Very excited to be a part of John L. Scott.
